“Although I scored the most beautiful goal in football history but that guy made it easier for me and he deserved all the praise and not me”: Man United’s hero Kobbie Mainoo names ONE United’s teammates who really deserved all the praise

The victory over FCSB that Manchester United achieved on Thursday night allowed them to finish in the top eight of the league phase of the Europa League.

The fact that Manchester United has a poor record when playing away from home in Europe made it clear that this match would be challenging from the beginning.

United, on the other hand, has a perfect record of winning the Europa League under Ruben Amorim’s leadership, and this record was extended on Thursday night.

With a 2-0 victory over FCSB, United were able to secure a spot in the round of 16, thereby providing Amorim with the bye he had been hoping for in the play-offs.

Kobbie Mainoo was the player who made headlines by scoring and assisting on the goal that United scored in the second half. United did not score a breakthrough until the second half.

The first goal of the game was scored by Diogo Dalot, and Alejandro Garnacho provided an assist for Mainoo’s goal that determined the outcome of the game. However, it was actually another player who was the most impressive of the bunch.

Against FCSB, Lisandro Martinez was the dominant player. While it is undeniable that Mainoo was the most influential player in the game due to the fact that he contributed two goals, it is arguable that his teammate was even more impressive despite the fact that he did not score.

Over the course of the past few weeks, Lisandro Martinez has been getting more and more important, and he has returned to being the player that fans fell in love with two years ago.

Martinez continued to play the same way he had been playing against FCSB, as his ability to play the ball allowed him to once again provide a creative outlet from the centre back position.

The passing of Martinez was exceptional, as he completed 84 passes, which was the most of any player in the game. This was accomplished despite the fact that Martinez was substituted out for Leny Yoro in the 71st minute.

“The Butcher” also created four opportunities for his teammates by playing excellent balls from a position that was almost in the middle of the field behind the boundary of the opposing team. However, all of these opportunities were missed.
