With only four clubs remaining with Manchester United, Athletic Bilbao, Tottenham Hotspur, and FK Bodo/Glimt all vying for a spot in the final, the Europa League is nearly over.
The latter has gone above anyone’s expectations and totally defies expectations. But how much have they profited from beating the odds? The club has had a successful campaign, and now that the figures have been verified, we can see how much they have earned from their exploits in Europe.
The precise amount of money each team has made thus far from Europe’s second-tier competition has been determined by Football Meets Data. This is how much each team in the Europa League has earned this year, even though there are only four teams remaining in the league.

Including Besiktas and OGC Nice
FC RFS has earned the least amount of money in this year’s competition, even though they finished above four other teams and earned five points during the league portion of the event. Elfsborg and Ludogorets are the only other teams that have not earned more than £7 million, while the Latvian team has earned little over £5 million.
With £7.4 million, £7.9 million, and £8.1 million earned, respectively, OGC Nice, Maccabi Tel-Aviv, and Union Saint-Gilloise are narrowly ahead. In this division, Besiktas (£9.1m), FC Twente (£9.2m), and Anderlecht (£9.6m) are the final three teams and the last three to earn less than £10m.

Sixth to First
The leading earners are Tottenham and Manchester United.
Tottenham (£24.3m) and Manchester United (£25.2m) have earned more money than any other team in the Europa League thus far. Despite dismal domestic campaigns, the Premier League giants have advanced to the competition’s semi-finals and are regarded as the favourites to win the cup.
FK Bodo/Glimt, who are also in the tournament’s semi-final, has earned £22.4 million, which is the third-highest amount to date. Lazio earned a substantial sum of money (£20.7m) prior to their elimination in the quarterfinals. Fifth-place Athletic Club (£20.5m) is the final team in the semi-finals.
However, Eintracht Frankfurt, who lost to Tottenham in the Europa League quarterfinal, is tied with the La Liga team.
