Tottenham's transfer window has already begun, suggesting that they have acquired a highly sought-after talent.

Tottenham has a busy transfer window ahead of them given their current late-season slump, which has seen them lose five of their last six Premier League games.

With a point at Sheffield United on Sunday to secure fifth place and a Europa League berth, a deep roster will be required for the upcoming campaign. Manager Ange Postecoglou’s outburst following Tuesday night’s game served as a not-so-subtle hint that he wants more from the club.

Postecoglou will undoubtedly be pleased to hear that Spurs are about to finalize an agreement for a young player who shows promise, as this is one way to help fortify the team’s foundations.

Spurs and Northern Irish team Glentoran have reached an agreement to sign 16-year-old striker George Feeney, according to Football Insider.

The forward made his senior debut when he was fifteen years old, and several “elite” Premier League clubs have been keeping an eye on him in recent months due to his outstanding early performances.

However, it now seems Spurs have won the race to sign him, and when the summer transfer window opens, the young player will arrive in north London.

Warren Feeney, the former forward for Luton Town and Bournemouth, is Feeney’s father. Warren was Glentoran’s manager when the teenager rose through the youth ranks and made his debut.
