To field a free kick from Conor Gallagher, the defender stood tallest. It was fantastic to convert one of the many risky set-piece opportunities Spurs had been giving us. But Trevoh deserves all the praise because this header was outstanding.
He’s outside the 6 yard box and past the far post, and he has a lot of work ahead of him. Nevertheless, he was able to get it back across and loop it into the far side of the net, going over the top of the goalkeeper.
What a clever header! It was a completely boring wait for VAR to clear it, as usual. In the end, they arrived at the correct confusion despite Marc Cucurella’s block.
