Dwight Yorke, a former Manchester United player, believes he could be the guy to take Erik ten Hag’s place at Old Trafford.
The Dutchman’s future is uncertain after a terrible season. There are rumors that Sir Jim Ratcliffe may fire him even if he leads the Red Devils to victory over Manchester City in the FA Cup at Wembley.
Numerous substitutes have already been mentioned. Ratcliffe is a huge fan of England manager Gareth Southgate, but Kieran McKenna is currently the front-runner to take over.
Yorke, who won a triple crown with the Red Devils in 1999, expressed his opinion regarding Ten Hag’s status and feels he should be given the chance to assume the position. The former striker only had managerial experience with Macarthur FC, an Australian team, though he did win awards there.
