JUST NOW – Ange Postecoglou delivers positive injury update on Micky Van de Ven ahead of Luton Clash as he reveals players return date to the match day travelling squad

Prior to tomorrow’s game against Luton Town, Ange Postecoglou gave an update on team news during this afternoon’s press conference at Hotspur Way.

After the international break, Tottenham is back in action with the intention of recovering from their disappointing 3-0 loss at Fulham, where they lost the chance to overtake Aston Villa, who are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table.

As per protocol, the Spurs team’s availability to the media is disclosed prior to their matchup with Rob Edwards’ team.

Luton Town vs. Tottenham injury update:

Spurs have been without Micky van de Ven since the defender was substituted in the first minutes of the second half of the team’s 4-0 victory over Aston Villa due to a hamstring injury.

Recently, Richarlison has also been dealing with injuries; the striker was not used as a substitute in Brazil’s victory over England at Wembley.

Van van Ven has been back in training for a few days, so Postecoglou informed the Tottenham media team today that he is available for selection against Luton. He also mentioned that none of the other people had sustained any injuries during the international break.

“In terms of injuries,” stated the Spurs manager. Micky is skilled in training. He has been training for the past few days. He will be available because he feels well.

It was crucial for us that everyone else made it through the internationals without incident. Everyone returned today, Friday, and trained to the fullest.
