“This is the kind of thing we’re going to need,” Rodri said, “because he stayed until the very end instead of saying, ‘I need to go.'”
When Pep Guardiola meets with the media on Friday afternoon, he is expected to give a thorough update on the health of his team. This is because Manchester City will now be focusing on the Premier League and their next match at the Etihad Stadium against Luton Town.
Although there will undoubtedly be concerns about John Stones’ fitness for the squad, fans will probably want more information about Kyle Walker and Nathan Ake’s recuperation efforts.
