Journalist reveals secret from Fulham player – Agreements to join Arsenal and Chelsea in place before injury

According to journalist Burro van Rankin, Fulham’s Raúl Jiménez was on the verge of joining Arsenal and Chelsea at previous stages of his career.

He asserted this statement to Caliente TV, and it was then posted on their Instagram page, mere hours after Van Rankin conducted an interview with the forward.

Their caption stated that they have disclosed a ‘obscure revelation’ that the Fulham individual was on the verge of transferring to Arsenal and Chelsea.

Antena 2 in Mexico has also broadcasted the journalist’s recent assertions and provided additional information regarding the 32-year-old’s unsuccessful attempts to transfer to Arsenal and Chelsea.

The Mexican player came to England when Wolverhampton Wanderers recruited him from Benfica in 2018.
Jiménez’s excellent performance at Molineux made him a highly sought-after player by major clubs. In November 2020, he sustained a severe head injury during a match against Arsenal. This injury resulted in a prolonged absence from the game and a challenging comeback. It is cited as the cause for his unsuccessful transfers to London clubs.

Van Rankin received this information directly from the Fulham frontman.

Jiménez has not yet returned to his peak performance since recovering from the head injury. Last summer, he departed from Wolves to join Marco Silva’s team and has scored a total of five goals from 25 matches in the current season.
