Despite having a transfer to Manchester City fall through last year, Paqueta has been outstanding for the Irons this year.
The Brazilian’s transfer to the Etihad Stadium has been rumoured for some time, but according to Reo-Coker, Manchester United should try to pull a fast one.

There are players available that they could sign if they had a strategy and could bring in some younger players to help them prepare for the future.
Paqueta at West Ham is another one. I believe he’s a versatile player who could end up on any squad and one of the few contemporary players with Ballon d’Or potential.

It may be argued that Paqueta’s absence from games has been more significant to West Ham than his appearances in those games.
The 26-year-old has been an excellent acquisition for the Irons, so they will be reluctant to let him go when the current season ends. His contract has three years remaining and an additional year of extension is available.
