Nonetheless, he has remained in S2 and will be aiming to improve his team’s fortunes after struggling to find consistent form in the first half of the season. Despite this, he has scored twice and made seven assists.

Hamer has had few opportunities to play in the Premier League in his career, and remaining with Sheffield United may be his greatest chance to return to the top tier, but he must maintain his recent form.
