Celtic goalkeeper Viljami Sinisalo explains where his future might lie.

While Celtic are dealing with management instability, their goalkeeping position has quietly developed into its own drama. Viljami Sinisalo has now given a solid hint of what may happen next for him.

With no permanent manager in place and no established goalkeeping hierarchy, the 22-year-old is acutely aware that he is at a crossroads. He confessed Brendan Rodgers’ unexpected departure unnerved the dressing room, and for a growing goalkeeper, volatility usually means less opportunities.

Sinisalo, who is now overseas with Finland, has publicly discussed the prospect of a loan in January, maintaining that he merely needs to play. With Celtic currently in transition and no promises about his role, he’s considering all options. His statements show how determined he is not to let his progress halt.

Finally, the next manager must decide if Sinisalo can compete for the No. 1 shirt or if a season of regular football elsewhere is a better option. Until then, the goalkeeper believes he is ready for anything.
