It is said that after a month of online communication, Hakimi booked her an Uber to home Boulogne-Billancourt while his wife, Spanish-Turkish actress Hiba Abouk, and their two kids were on vacation in Dubai.
It is said that Hakimi kissed her mouth and breasts through her clothing after coming without getting permission. An assault was allegedly committed after this. The claimed victim claims that she was able to use her foot to push him away and then left, texting a friend to come get her.
The woman went to a police station later that day to report the occurrence, making what was referred to as a “statement of rape,” but she first decided against making a formal complaint.

In an interview back in January, Hakimi responded to the charges, saying that he was the target of a conspiracy.

“These requisitions are incomprehensible and senseless in light of the evidence in the case,” said Fanny Colin, Hakimi’s attorney, in response to the prosecution’s most recent action.
“It proves the plaintiff’s falsehoods, especially based on the psychiatric tests she underwent. Achraf Hakimi and I are still as composed as we were at the start of the proceedings.
“If these requests were to be followed, we would obviously pursue all avenues of appeal.”
Hakimi is still out on bail as of this writing.
