The career of Romelu Lukaku is a fascinating one. The Belgian has, at different periods in his footballing career, been one of the most devastating number nines in the world and has commanded an accumulation of hefty transfer fees. Consequently, Napoli has been able to maintain a close lead over Inter Milan at the top of the Serie A standings. With six games remaining, the top two are separated by just three points.
Antonio Conte has managed to get Lukaku to function as a crucial component of his system, even though he may not be as vicious as he once was and some people still doubt his general technical skill.
