TV picks revealed for the FA Cup fourth round, with Macclesfield ready for huge pay day.

The television picks for the fourth round of the FA Cup have been announced, with Macclesfield set for another large payday.

After pulling off possibly the greatest FA Cup upset of all time by knocking out holders Crystal Palace, the National League North club has been awarded another home encounter against Brentford.

As a result, their game against the Bees has been awarded the prime Monday night schedule.

It will air at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, February 16 on TNT Sports 1.

They received £121,000 for making it to the fourth round, and regardless of what happens next, they are guaranteed £80,000 for being selected for TV broadcast.

The gate money is likewise split, with 45 percent going to each side, but the Bees may choose to donate their portion to Macclesfield.

So it seems like a profitable evening for Macclesfield.

The FA Cup fourth-round televised fixtures begin with Liam Rosenior’s return to Hull City as Chelsea manager.

Rosenior was fired by the Tigers after failing to get them into the playoffs, and he will be hoping to get the Blues into the next round.

The game is scheduled for Friday, February 13 at 7:45pm on BBC and TNT Sports 1.

Wrexham are also on Welsh television that Friday.

The Championship side defeated Nottingham Forest in a penalty shootout after a 3-3 draw, and they face Ipswich Town next, live on BBC Wales.

Burton Albion face West Ham United at 12:15pm in the first of three TV games on Saturday afternoon.

That has the potential for an upset as the Brewers host the struggling Irons, which will be shown on TNT Sports 1.

Aston Villa will host Newcastle United at 5:45 p.m., with one of two teams who would like to advance in this competition going out.

Villa advanced to the semi-finals last year, while the Toon under Eddie Howe won the Carabao Cup and always take domestic competitions seriously.

It’s a horrible draw for both clubs, but it should be a great game for neutrals, with coverage on BBC One and TNT Sports 3.

Later that evening, another Premier League game takes place, with Brighton & Hove Albion traveling to Merseyside to face Liverpool.

The Seagulls’ reward for overcoming Manchester United for the first time in the FA Cup is a trip to Anfield, which airs at 8 p.m. on TNT Sports 1.

Sunday has five ties, all of which are shown on television in some capacity.

On Sunday, February 15, the day begins with Birmingham City hosting Leeds United.

That will begin at 12 p.m. on TNT Sports 3.

Wolves’ visit to Grimsby Town is another encounter with high potential for upset.

Grimsby have already beaten Manchester United in the Carabao Cup this season, so they will be confident in their chances today.

That one begins at 1:30 p.m. on TNT Sports 1.

Oxford United hosts Sunderland at 2 p.m., while Stoke City welcomes Fulham.

Both of these are on Discovery+. More information about how to access it is available here.

The other TV game features Arsenal taking against Wigan Athletic.

That match is set to begin at 4:30 p.m. and will air on TNT Sports 1.
