Real Madrid has prohibited Trent Alexander-Arnold from bringing one of his most valued items to Spain ahead of the redesigned Club World Cup. The right-back, widely considered as the greatest in his position, was expected to depart Liverpool on a free transfer once his contract expired. However, the Spanish giants chose to speed up the process by paying £10 million to sign him a month earlier.
Alexander-Arnold has signed a six-year contract at the Bernabeu, which became effective on Sunday when the transfer window opened. He is now one of the highest-paid players in England’s squad under Thomas Tuchel, earning £240,000 per week. Meanwhile, Liverpool have already filled the right-back gap by signing Bayer Leverkusen’s Jeremie Frimpong for £30 million.
While Trent’s pay would allow him to live a luxurious lifestyle in Spain, he will not be bringing his £130,000 Range Rover, which he has been observed driving around England.
Why Trent Is Banned From Taking His Range Over To Real Madrid
It is because of the club’s partnership with another car manafacturer

Alexander-Arnold is not allowed to use his new automobile in the Spanish capital since Real Madrid has a sponsorship arrangement with BMW that prohibits players from driving any other cars to the club’s training field, according to El Motor.
The vehicle manufacturer provides new toys for players to utilize during the season, so he will have a new whip to look forward to.
The Real Madrid-BMW arrangement includes a fleet of plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles, which will be marketed as pre-owned models once the players have used them. Alexander-Arnold, who is now on international duty with England, will continue to travel in an SUV, but not the familiar Range Rover he formerly drove about Merseyside.
Instead, he will be offered a top-of-the-line BMW, just like colleagues Kylian Mbappe and Jude Bellingham, who have both chosen the BMW XM – a luxury SUV priced at roughly £152,000 but provided to players for free, according to the Daily Mail.
Alexander-Arnold’s previous vehicle, a £130,000 Range Rover equipped with a 4.4L V8 twin-turbo engine producing 530 horsepower, could reach 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds. Though that beast will not be tearing up the streets of Madrid, the West Derby-born defender will undoubtedly find comfort in the form of a new automobile or two in his showroom.
