After overcoming Partick Thistle in the Premier Sports Cup, Celtic will play Rangers in the semi-finals.
Brendan Rodgers’ team played Firhill and won the quarterfinal with a score of 4-0.
Although Rodgers switched up his team, Sebastian Tounekti was the star, captivating Celtic fans with a man-of-the-match display once more.
The Hoops will now play in the semi-final at Hampden Park in a Glasgow derby. Both fanbases’ allocations will be decreased, though.
There will be 500 fewer tickets available for Celtic and Rangers to attend the Premier Sports Cup semi-final.

Hampden Park can hold just under 52,000 spectators, although slightly more than 50,000 will attend the semi-final.
The SPFL’s fine against both clubs for using pyrotechnics during the same competition’s semifinals last year is the cause of this.
When is the Celtic vs. Rangers Premier Sports Cup semifinal scheduled to take place?
Now that the semi-final draw has been decided, Celtic knows the date they will play Russell Martin’s club.
The competition will be held at Hampden over the weekend of November 1st and 2. Either Motherwell or St Mirren will be the opponent for the winning team in the final.
The previous year’s final, which the Hoops won on penalties, is being played again in this semi-final.
