Town will be hoping for third time lucky in the encounter, having made the trip twice before only to have the game called off.
They were planned to travel to the South Coast for a match on January 4th, but it was postponed mere hours before kickoff due to a frozen pitch.
They tried again a month later, on February 3rd, but the match was ruined this time due to a soggy surface.
With another date secured for Pompey, Town will also have to reschedule their Good Friday match against Southampton.
That game will also need to be rescheduled because the Saints will be in FA Cup play that weekend, with Tuesday, April 28th seeming like a possible replacement date.
As a result of the postponements and rearrangements, Town will finish the season with eight games in 27 days…
