West Ham United are poised to sign Nuno Espirito Santo as Graham Potter’s replacement, with personal conditions already agreed upon, according to GIVEMESPORT sources.
Potter was fired by the London Stadium club on Saturday, only five games into the Premier League season, after a dismal start.
West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady is leading the club’s negotiations to appoint Espirito Santo as a replacement, less than three weeks after the Portuguese coach was fired at Nottingham Forest.
Espirito Santo could take command of the team as soon as Monday’s away game against Everton, with Potter departing immediately.
Kevin Macaulay, the London Stadium’s head of recruitment, is also going after reconnecting with Potter at West Ham following their stint at Chelsea.
West Ham set to hire Nuno Espirito Santo.

West Ham announced their decision to part ways with Potter on Saturday, with last weekend’s 2-1 home defeat to Crystal Palace serving as his final game in charge.
The former Brighton and Chelsea manager left the London Stadium having won only six of his 25 games in charge, with the club placed 19th in the Premier League table.
Rumours over Potter’s future in East London escalated following their home loss to Palace last Saturday, as West Ham looked into numerous potential replacements, including former head coach Slaven Bilic.
