Leroy Sane, a top player for Bayern Munich who turned down Pep Guardiola’s offer to leave Manchester City four years ago, is apparently being watched by Arsenal and Newcastle.
During the summer, there were rumours that the forward would be leaving the Allianz Arena. However, because of Kingsley Coman’s decision to quit the team, which he later reversed, potential suitors focused on the France international.
Though the Bundesliga team is eager to have Sane on staff, rumours regarding the Germany international’s future is starting to surface as he approaches the last 12 months of his Bayern deal.
Sane is ‘not satisfied,’ according to Caught Offside, with a recent proposal from Bayern that would see him take a pay cut in exchange for signing a new contract. As things stand, the former Manchester City player is unwilling to commit to those terms in writing.
