Following their Premier League draw 1-1 with Manchester City, Liverpool received some encouraging injury news.
Ian Doyle of X (formerly Twitter) reported that Jurgen Klopp stated during his post-match press conference that Ibrahima Konate “has a good chance” of playing for the Reds against Manchester United in the FA Cup.

After running into a problem against Sparta Prague, the Frenchman was left out of the matchday squad to take on Pep Guardiola’s team.
During the 5-1 victory, it looked as though the former RB Leipzig player had a muscle injury. Thankfully, it doesn’t appear that the issue is nearly as serious as first thought.
