Roy Keane names Man Utd star he is still ‘not convinced’ by as he lists Ruben Amorim’s problems in scathing assessment

During his scathing evaluation of Ruben Amorim, Roy Keane revealed the problems that he has with the ONE Manchester United star. He stated that he is still “not convinced” by the person.

Amorim’s team will be back in action this afternoon when they play Arsenal at home in a Premier League match that is of significant importance.

The Red Devils come into the match at Old Trafford having played Real Sociedad to a 1-1 draw with them during the previous week and having been eliminated from the FA Cup over the previous weekend.

Keane, who was joined in the Sky Sports studio by Paul Merson, Jamie Redknapp, and Gary Neville, discussed his thoughts on the match between Manchester United and Arsenal before the game began.

While doing so, he enumerated a number of issues, such as injuries and set pieces, before bringing Andre Onana to the forefront as a player about whom he is still “not convinced.”

During an interview with Sky Sports, Keane stated that the club’s issues have been thoroughly documented. Problems include the fact that there has been no genuine reaction to the arrival of the new manager. Things have not gone very well so far. Some minor injuries.

According to appearances, they do not appear to have a lot of goals in them. The set pieces are not very good. They do not appear to have much vitality. With regard to the custodian, I am still not convinced.

He continued by saying, “Every time we concentrate on United, we continue to talk about this.” There are so many issues. Nevertheless, they need to make an effort to restore the group’s faith and confidence in themselves. Try to locate something that is located within the dressing room.

Erik ten Hag, who had previously coached Onana while he was playing for Ajax, was the one who signed the 28-year-old custodian.

Man United paid an initial fee of £43.8 million to acquire the Cameroon international player, who had previously been a star for Inter Milan.

Onana, on the other hand, has had a difficult time maintaining consistency while playing for Manchester United’s team. Some of his performances during this season have garnered him criticism, and he has received it.

During the previous season, he participated in 51 games, and he has made an appearance in 37 matches across all competitions this season.

As is the case with a significant number of Ten Hag’s acquisitions, Onana has been rumoured to be leaving the club. Amorim is a potential replacement for the custodian when the transfer window reopens on the summer of this year.
