Rodri reaction speaks volumes as Man City star spotted for first time after brutal injury blow

Rodri looked like he hurt himself during Manchester City’s exciting draw with Arsenal on Sunday afternoon. He has been seen for the first time since the shocking news.

Rodri, a player for Manchester City, looked sad after going to Spain for treatment.

The Spanish defender looked like he got hurt badly against Arsenal on Sunday. In the middle of the first half, Rodri tried to header the ball but fell badly. He needed a lot of medical care after what happened and was clearly upset. Rodri finally limped off the field without a wheelchair.

Pep Guardiola said after the game, “I don’t know yet, I didn’t ask the doctors,” when asked about his midfielder’s injury. Rodri packs a punch. He left the field because he felt something; if not, Rodri would have stayed there.

I think he could win the Ballon d’Or because he is the best holding player in the world. I would love for him to win. But it happened in the beginning. That’s how these games with Arsenal are, and we have to deal with it. We did it. “We did great things.”

But since then, Rodri and City have heard the worst news possible. Because of an injury to his knee ligament, the player will probably miss most of the season.

Rodri has since moved to Spain to get better. In a white hoodie, he was seen leaving a house. The player walked a little funny and looked like he was hurt.

It will be very bad for Guardiola and his team that Rodri isn’t there. Since moving from Atletico Madrid for £62 million in 2019, the Spanish player has been very important to the team. Since then, he has played 260 times for the team and scored 26 goals. He helped the team win the Premier League four times in a row, the Champions League in 2023, the FA Cup, and two League Cups.

Rodri had said before that players might have to go on strike because they are being asked to do too much and have too many games. “I think we are close to that,” he said just last week. Any player would probably say the same thing.

“It’s not Rodri’s opinion or anything like that.” I believe it’s what most of the players think. For sure, if things keep going this way, there will come a time when we have no choice but to give up. But let’s see.

“I don’t know what’s going to happen but it’s something that worries us because we are the guys that suffer.”
