Real Madrid set to hijack Liverpool transfer after poaching Trent Alexander-Arnold as player’s father makes revealing post

After ‘agreeing’ to sign Trent Alexander-Arnold, Real Madrid is allegedly planning to hijack a transfer from Liverpool. This information comes from a new report as well.

Alexander-Arnold has been associated with Liverpool since he was six years old, and talkSPORT reported on Tuesday that he has entered into an agreement to join Real Madrid this summer. This will bring an end to his association with Liverpool.

The right-back’s contract at Anfield will expire at the end of the current season, and as a result, he will be free to leave the club on a free transfer.

There is a particular aspect of the reported agreement that has not been well received by Liverpool supporters. This is due to the fact that the Reds’ executives had previously placed his value at more than one hundred million pounds.

It is highly likely that Liverpool will now be required to find a replacement for him, and Conor Bradley, who is the only natural option for the right flank position, will require competition in order to fill that position.

According to reports, however, they are initially interested in acquiring a centre back, and they have Dean Huijsen of Bournemouth on their radar.

The 19-year-old player was born in the Netherlands, but he currently plays for Spain at the international level. He made his debut for Spain in the quarterfinals of the Nations League against the country in which he was born.

It was reported by AS on Wednesday that Real had entered the competition to acquire the centre back, who has been performing exceptionally well in his first season in the Premier League with Andoni Iraola’s team.

An interest in Huijsen is said to have been expressed by Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester United, among other clubs.

The AS report on Real’s interest, on the other hand, was shared on Instagram by Huijsen’s father, Don, which may be considered a very pointed statement. ‘Operacion Huijsen’ is the name of the report that is featured on the front page of AS.

The young man, who is 19 years old, stated to the Spanish media that he is not currently “thinking” about his future beyond the conclusion of this season while he was serving in an international capacity.

“I’m not thinking about that right now,” he stated in response. “I’m considering leaving the season on a positive note, and I really hope that I do.

Next, when the time is right, we’ll see what happens. You feel a sense of pride when you realise that such a large team is interested in you. I’ll keep working hard while maintaining my modesty.
