A new report claims that two players for Real Madrid have ‘demanded’ to leave the club during the summer of this year.
On Wednesday evening, Real Madrid defeated Manchester City in the play-off round of the Champions League. This victory was made possible by Kylian Mbappe’s sensational hat-trick.
As far as Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is concerned, the Champions League title is essentially the holy grail. In recent years, whenever Real Madrid has failed to win the Champions League, the club’s managers have frequently been put under a great deal of pressure.
This season, Real has been plagued by a number of serious injuries, including the fact that both Daniel Carvajal and Eder Militao have been sidelined for the remainder of the campaign due to injuries to their anterior cruciate ligaments (ACL).
Following his recovery from an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury that caused him to miss the entirety of 2024, David Alaba made his return to action last month. However, he has since suffered a muscle injury.
Furthermore, according to the Spanish news outlet SPORT, Carlo Ancelotti’s problems may now become even more severe.
It has been reported that both Endrick and Arda Guler have expressed their desire to gain additional playing time in preparation for the 2026 World Cup, which will be held in the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico. They have requested to leave the club on loan this summer.
Forbes points out that only two other members of the squad, Alaba and Jesus Vallejo, who is considered to be an outcast in the central defensive position, have played fewer minutes than the two players. Neither player has been a regular member of the first team at the Bernabeu this season.
“Dismayed” and “invisible” are two words that have been used to describe both players in relation to their current position.
Having already reached an agreement to move from Palmeiras, Endrick made his official move to Real Madrid in June, after he turned 18 years old.
However, it is not surprising that he has fallen behind Mbappe, Rodrygo, and Vinicius Junior in the pecking order. Guler, on the other hand, has not been able to displace any of Real’s midfield stars.
During the course of the calendar year, the Turkey international has only made three starts, all of which have been in the Copa del Rey. During those matches, the 19-year-old has scored twice and provided two assists.
