People say that we are officially out of the title race, but I don’t blame him. I blame Arteta for starting him again last night. We have solutions on the bench, but Arteta is refusing to use them simply because they are young. He is forgetting that Lamine Yamal is 16 years old and that he is doing great for his club as well. Declan Rice has confirmed the identity of the ONE Arsenal fighter who put an end to their pursuit of the title yesterday. There is neither Trossard nor Merino.
As a result of their draw with Manchester United, Arsenal suffered their third consecutive loss of points in the league campaign. While both teams were making an effort to consolidate their position in the top four, neither of them was able to find the killer touch when they needed it.
During the first half, Arsenal had complete control of the game and possession of the ball, but they failed to capitalise on opportunities presented by Mikel Merino and Martin Odegaard. Riccardo Calafiori – Riccardo Calafiori is not as influential as he was in the Netherlands; with the opportunity to get forward frequently, he does not have a significant impact. At the beginning of the second period, Myles Lewis-Skelly took his place as the replacement. 6.
It was Thomas Partey. There were some excellent moments from the midfielder, who effectively advanced the play, as we have come to anticipate their performance. During the second period, a tactical change was made, and Kieran Tierney took his place as the replacement player. 6.

It was the cynical foul that Fernandes committed that gave him the opportunity to score. Midway through the second half, there was an opportunity to score, but the ball was dragged wide. Later on in the game, there was another opportunity, but it was on the opposite side of the goal. This was a wasteful use of the day’s resources. 6.
It is Mikel Merino. Within the first ten minutes of the game, he had a fantastic opportunity to fire a shot into the corner of the net; however, he failed to put much pressure on the shot, and it went wide. As the game was coming to a close, Arsenal almost lost a goal because he was caught inside their own half. 5.
