Neymar admits ‘it was hell’ to play with Kylian Mbappe as ex-PSG star sends ‘catastrophic’ warning to Brazilian colleagues at Real Madrid

Neymar has allegedly declared “it was hell” to play alongside Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain as a warning to his Brazilian countrymen at Real Madrid.

Claims he went through ‘hell’ ‘Catastrophic’ warning delivered to Real players

Neymar and Mbappe played together on 136 occasions for PSG and combined for 54 goals between 2017 and 2023. alongside the former already at Al-Hilal and the latter to Real Madrid earlier this summer, Neymar has allegedly cautioned fellow Brazilians Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo, and Eder Militao that playing alongside the French international was “catastrophic” at times.

According to writer Cyril Hanouna, Neymar phoned Madrid’s Brazilian contingent and warned them about Mbappe.

On Europe 1, Hanouna said: “The Brazilians [at Real Madrid] are friends with Neymar. It has always been a fight between Neymar and Mbappe. Neymar has delivered a document on Mbappe to the Brazilians, telling them that it was awful, that it was horrible.”

The two have apparently been on icy terms for quite some time, with Mbappe stating in September 2022 that his relationship with Neymar at PSG was “hot and cold”. It appears ties have not improved since then, despite them now being on different continents.

While Neymar is still healing from a catastrophic knee injury he suffered last year for Al-Hilal, Mbappe might appear for Madrid in the first game of their Champions League championship defence on Tuesday at home to Stuttgart.
