Arsenal suffered their first Champions League loss of the season on Wednesday evening when they were defeated by Inter Milan. Things went from bad to worse for Mikel Arteta in the last minutes of the match when Kai Havertz appeared to have had a terrible illness.
As a result of a horrific accident that occurred during Arsenal’s match versus Inter Milan, Kai Havertz was left drenched in blood.
The Gunners have selected the German attacker to be a part of their starting eleven for their match at the legendary San Siro. In the Champions League, the North London team suffered their first loss of the season, which was a difficult evening for them to overcome.

Havertz went off the field drenched in blood after receiving treatment for a few minutes with the medical staff. Following his treatment of the German, Arsenal physiotherapist Simon Murphy was also found to have a significant blood mark on his clothing.
An update was provided by Arteta, who stated, “Kai Havertz suffered a significant cut, and we are hopeful that he will be fine for the weekend.” The departure of Havertz will undoubtedly cause concern for the manager of Arsenal. A strong start to the season had been experienced by the 25-year-old player, who had participated in 15 matches across all competitions and scored seven goals.
