Liverpool might get Crystal Palace’s Guehi
As Arne Slot’s hectic summer continues, Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi is a target for Liverpool.
After winning the Premier League and fulfilling Virgil van Dijk’s prediction of a busy summer, Liverpool have increased their recruitment efforts after making just one permanent addition during Slot’s first transfer window at the club.

Speaking about the FA Cup final, Guehi emphasized his dedication to the team for the balance of his contract and declined to comment on the rumors surrounding his future.
“I believe that always giving this football team my best effort is the most important thing,” he stated.

The future of first-choice center-back Ibrahima Konate may be further called into question by Guehi’s possible arrival at Liverpool.
Real Madrid is apparently lining up the French defender for a spectacular free transfer next summer, and negotiations over a new contract at the club are not seen to be progressing.
Guehi’s arrival may present Liverpool with an opportunity to profit during the current transfer window, considering they have already lost Trent Alexander-Arnold to the Spanish powerhouses for a small sum.
It is reasonable to anticipate paying more than £40 million to get Guehi to Anfield.
