Man Utd told Thomas Tuchel would lift club to a ‘completely different position’ in just two years as ex-Chelsea star insists German is the ‘solution’ to problems under Erik ten Hag

Manchester United has been told that Thomas Tuchel will completely change the team they have now because Erik ten Hag is under a lot of pressure.

United tried to get in touch with Tuchel over the summer, but the German coach turned them down.
The club said he would “solve” Ten Hag’s problems.

United talked to Tuchel, who used to manage Chelsea and Bayern Munich, over the summer as they thought about firing Ten Hag after a terrible season in which the Red Devils finished eighth in the Premier League but won the FA Cup.

But Tuchel turned them down, and the Old Trafford club chose to give Ten Hag a new deal. The coach is under more pressure than ever because his team is having a bad start to the season. Former Arsenal and Chelsea defender William Gallas has suggested that the club’s leaders try again to get Tuchel to come in.

“Manchester United might be able to fix their problems with Thomas Tuchel.” “Gaspars told Gambling Zone that if he had been given two years to build his team when he first joined the club, things would be very different now than they are.” “At Chelsea Tuchel was very organised, the players respected him and he won the Champions League as well as a couple of other trophies, you can see why he was a success and maybe he wasn’t given enough time to Chelsea to turn things around.”

United has lost their first three Premier League games of the 2024–25 season, taking just three points. They lost to Brighton and then to Liverpool. Ten Hag will try to ease some of the stress he is under by leading them to victory over Southampton on September 14. Southampton has no points.
