Man Utd Fans Demand Two Players Are Dropped Immediately After Man City Nightmare

At the Etihad Stadium, Ruben Amorim and Manchester United had yet another setback.

Following their resounding 3-0 loss against Manchester City, Manchester United supporters are calling for the immediate dismissal of two players from the squad.

After Phil Foden’s header had put City ahead, Erling Haaland added two goals either side of halftime on another difficult afternoon for Ruben Amorim’s team.

Generally speaking, United didn’t pose much of a danger moving forward. Luke Shaw’s misjudged pass to Haaland allowed the Norwegian to go unopposed into their own half and score his second goal, capping off their afternoon.

In the second half, Bryan Mbeumo forced a spectacular stop from Gianluigi Donnarumma, a recent addition to City, in a rare moment of greatness.

In an effort to get back into the game, Amorim made some adjustments, but these only served to further unbalance his team.

In the final 20 minutes, City kept putting United behind them. They could have further embarrassed their rivals if they had finished better, however Patrick Dorgu missed a header for the visitors in the closing seconds.

As expected, United supporters were incensed by the performance and specifically criticized two players for their actions at the Etihad Stadium.

Someone wrote, “Ugarte and Luke Shaw are an embarrassment.”

Another person commented, “Surely Amorim knows he can’t be starting Ugarte anymore.”

“Luke Shaw has been awful,” a third person said. I’m not sure how he keeps starting.

“Luke Shaw is essentially playing because he’s left-footed,” a fourth person noted. That’s the sole explanation.

Additionally, someone else wrote: “I’ve seen enough of Manuel Ugarte already,” prior to Mainoo being brought on replace Noussair Mazraoui. Put Mainoo on.

With four points from four games so far this season, United is just two spots over their 15th-place Premier League finish from the previous campaign.

It will undoubtedly be a crucial match for Amorim and his team when they meet Chelsea at Old Trafford on Saturday.
