Those who support Manchester United were left in a state of disbelief after they had just recently become aware of how striker Joshua Zirkzee sounds.
During the summer, Zirkzee made the move from Bologna to Manchester United, where he was offered a five-year contract and received a transfer fee of £36.5 million.
The international player from the Netherlands has had a difficult time during extended periods of time during his first season in England. In December, he was brutally substituted after only 32 minutes of play in a match against Newcastle.
In recent times, however, he has experienced more favourable moments, such as the penalty kick that proved to be the game-winning goal in the FA Cup fourth round shootout victory over Arsenal and the equaliser in the fifth round victory over Leicester City.
However, despite the fact that Zirkzee has been seen in action by United supporters on 36 occasions this season, many of them were taken aback when they heard the former Juventus and Bayern Munich player speak.
Zirkzee’s English hybrid voice, which followed up reaction to the accent of Aston Villa’s Amadou Onana and threw many people off, was the primary takeaway from a video that went viral online. The video showed the 23-year-old taking part in entertaining interviews with his fellow countryman Matthijs De Ligt.

Both Zirkzee and De Ligt are originally from the same country; however, it is Zirkzee who gives the impression of having spent his childhood in England.
An exchange deal involving Zirkzee has been suggested Zirkzee has been heavily linked with an early departure from Old Trafford, and Juventus has been suggested as one of the potential admirers of the player due to Thiago Motta’s relationship with the player from their time together from Bologna.
According to a recent report from Tuttosport in Italy, Zirkzee may be involved in a summer transfer deal that would involve Douglas Luiz moving to United. This would be a transfer that would take place during the summer.
In the summer, Luiz moved from Aston Villa to Juventus, but he has not yet established himself in the club. The Brazilian player, who was being pursued by United at the end of the January transfer window, could be used as a makeweight.
