One ‘disrespected’ star has received an apology from Manchester United supporters after his outstanding performance in Thursday’s second leg of the Europa League quarterfinal match against Lyon. Ruben Amorim’s club put on an incredible show at Old Trafford, demonstrating their credentials as one of the remaining favourites to win the competition, with the matchup against the Ligue 1 team ideally set following the 2-2 draw the week before.
