Lamine Yamal didn’t hesitate naming the one player he wants Barcelona to sign

Lamine Yamal, a Barcelona wonder, has selected a player that he wants to sign with his team.

Along with one player he wants Barcelona to sign, Lamine Yamal selected three players he wants to play with.

In a thrilling Champions League semi-final first leg against Inter Milan on Wednesday night, the 17-year-old wonder made his 100th appearance for the Blaugrana.

After goals from Marcus Thuram and Denzel Dumfries put the visitors ahead 2-0, Yamal’s spectacular solo goal cut the deficit and showed supporters that he is a true generational prospect.

For his 15th goal of the season, the Spain international curled the ball in off the far post after beating two men down the right.

Yamal once again showed that he is a generational talent as Barca played out a 3-3 tie.

Although there are many talented players on Hansi Flick’s team, a few months ago, Yamal listed his top three picks and indicated which one he would want to see his team sign in an interview with Mundo Deportivo.

He chose Neymar, a former Barcelona player who “has always been my idol” and whom he referred to as a “legend”.

The player that Lamine Yamal would sign to join Barcelona was named.
Unexpectedly, Yamal also chose Savinho, a Brazilian who cost £33 million to join Manchester City from Troyes in the summer.

However, he completed the trident by selecting Germany’s Jamal Musiala, who shared the Golden Boot at Euro 2024, and Bayern Munich.

When asked which of the three players he would sign, Yamal said, “You want me to say Neymar… but no: Musiala, who has a contract.”

Musiala joined Bayern at the age of 16 in 2019 after leaving Chelsea, and he has since made 202 appearances for the Bavarians, earning four Bundesliga titles.

Musiala pledged his future to Bayern until 2030 at the beginning of the year, despite being linked to teams like Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Barcelona because of his connections to Flick.

In the quarterfinals of the Euros, Yamal faced Musiala, and Spain defeated Germany 2-1 in extra time following Mikel Merino’s goal in the 119th minute.

Before the match, Musiala was quite complimentary of Yamal’s performance at the age of 16, comparing it to his own at the same age.

Musiala told Sky Sports, “It’s truly incredible to be at this level at 16 years old.”

“I didn’t have the physical requirements to practice with the first team when I was sixteen. Additionally, he can play and stay at this level on a regular basis. It’s quite amazing to witness that.
