“I’m a strong guy and everyone around me knows, but whenever I remember what the doctor told me I got broken… It’s killing me slowly”: Manchester United’s defender Lisandro Martinez has openly revealed what the doctor told him which is killing him slowly

It has been reported that Lisandro Martinez, a defender for Manchester United, has sustained a serious injury and will be sidelined for the remainder of this season.

Martinez’s performance at Old Trafford has been a huge success for United, despite the fact that the club has not been very successful in the transfer market in recent years. Martinez’s move from Ajax has exceeded everybody’s expectations.

Because of his size, the 27-year-old player was dismissed by some before he had even had the opportunity to kick a ball, but he has proven to be an excellent acquisition for the Red Devils.

Martinez, on the other hand, has been hampered by injuries, as he only made 14 appearances across all competitions during the previous season.

Martinez has been a part of the majority of Manchester United’s games this season; however, he was taken out of the game on Sunday afternoon when they were defeated by Crystal Palace by a score of 2-0.

When asked about Martinez’s injury after the game, head coach Ruben Amorim admitted that he was concerned that it was “serious.”

“We are going to see in the next days, but I think it is a serious situation,” Amorim said. “It is a potential catastrophe.”

He experienced it, and as a player, you are able to recognise when something is taken to a serious level. Similar to how he has assisted us in the past, we are here to assist him in this challenging time.

Now, journalist Gaston Edul has disclosed that the defender has “ruptured” his “cruciate ligament” and may be out of action for “eight months” as a result of the injury.

It was agreed upon that Manchester United would pay a fee of 120 million pounds to acquire Ruben Amorim’s preferred striker, and the star also agreed to personal terms to join the club.

According to a tweet by Edul, “Lisandro Martínez suffered a rupture of the cruciate ligaments, which means that he will not be able to play any further in the remaining portion of this European season. He is expected to return after a period of half a year, with the duration of his recovery ranging from approximately six to eight months, depending on the severity of the injury.”

The lineups that have been confirmed for Manchester United’s match against Everton are as follows: Garnacho, Rashford, and Bruno are on the bench, and Mainoo, Mount, and Amad are starting for the first time. Ruben Amorim made several changes, including formation, in order to address United’s most recent defensive issues.

The Manchester United club has made it clear that they will not make any hasty acquisitions before the transfer window closes at eleven o’clock tonight.

As a result of the interest shown in Mathys Tel, a teenager from Bayern Munich, and Christopher Nkunku, a player from Chelsea, the head coach of Manchester United, Ruben Amorim, stated once again on Sunday that the club will “try everything” to sign a forward.

It has been emphasised by sources that United have no intention of recruiting any short-term or stop-gap players who could put the club’s budget at risk during the summer transfer window. There is currently no potential deal in the process of being developed.

The United Football Club continues to maintain that their primary focus is on building for the long term, and they have already begun planning for the summer transfer window. By the time the deadline arrives this evening, the club is still looking for an attacking reinforcement to add to their roster.

Geovany Quenda, a winger for Sporting, has denied that Manchester United are currently in negotiations to sign him. Quenda’s representatives have given this statement. United continue to have an interest in Quenda, who made his debut while playing for Amorim football.
