‘I will Only join on ONE CONDITION’: Benjamin Sesko finally reveals the only condition that will make Him terminate His contract in other for Him to join Arsenal by January

“I will only join on ONE condition,” Benjamin Sesko eventually says when asked about the one and only requirement that will force him to end his contract and join Arsenal by January.

Benjamin Sesko, a star player for RB Leipzig, is one of Arsenal’s summer transfer targets. Several details regarding his future are becoming clear. Even though the Slovenian international has only been at Leipzig for a year, he has already demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess, which has naturally caught the attention of other Premier League teams.

The 20-year-old is attracting interest from Manchester United and Chelsea in addition to the Gunners, and a move out of Germany before the 2024–2025 season is a genuine possibility. In light of this, Leipzig has taken a significant step to retain Sesko by proposing him a new contract that would, at the very least, keep him with the team through the summer of 2019.

Sesko is at the top of Arsenal’s want list for a striker move, therefore it appears that people at Emirates Stadium are working hard to get him. The article further claims that the player’s agent is aware that the Gunners are interested in him and that they have already made approaches and inroads into his camp.

Another candidate on that list is Alexander Isak of Newcastle, but he appears to be too costly given the significant financial hit to the Magpies that was confirmed this past weekend.

Sesko’s decision to stay with Arsenal was confirmed by transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, who also disclosed that Sesko had already rejected two offers from other teams. “Staying with Arsenal, I’m also aware that there have been new reports about Benjamin Sesko becoming their top target up front,” Romano stated in his Thursday Daily Briefing.

“I haven’t heard anything significant on Sesko, though. All I can say is that he turned down two offers from Saudi Arabia and has one from RB Leipzig to sign a new contract that includes a pay raise.

“I keep bringing up Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United as Premier League teams that are interested, but for now it all comes down to the player’s decision. As of now, I don’t have any significant updates, but I’ll let you know as soon as I do. Sesko’s contract has a release clause valued at an estimated €65 million (£55 million), and it expires in 2028.

That condition is unlikely to stand if Sesko accepts new terms, but a gentleman’s agreement could be in place that would let him leave for a sizable sum the following summer.
