‘I need ASSURANCE’- Zinedine Zidane reveals the only CONDITION that will make Him accept Man United job

Zinedine Zidane states, “I need assurance,” outlining the one requirement that will allow him to accept the Man United position.

The France World Cup champion Emmanuel Petit has stated that before Zinedine Zidane would ever consider taking the helm at Manchester United, he would need a number of reassurances from Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

The legendary Real Madrid player must be persuaded that he can resolve the problems at Old Trafford since he is “very conscious” of player quality.

According to Petit, Zidane would only consider an offer if he felt secure enough to take on the club’s current problems.

Nevertheless, reservations about the caliber of the team and possible linguistic difficulties may prevent him from being appointed.

Zidane has lately been connected to the manager job at Old Trafford amid a flurry of rumors, as Brentford’s Erik ten Hag braces for criticism after a lackluster start to the season.

The pressure is getting to them with only three wins in 11 games across all competitions and two in the Premier League.

With Didier Deschamps continuing to lead the French national team, Zidane’s name is no longer associated with a potential rescue for the Red Devils, and speculation about him is rife once more.

However, in an interview with the Manchester Evening News, Petit cast doubt on Zidane’s chances of taking such an action.

“I’m not sure that he speaks very good English as well,” he said, reflecting on whether Zidane would be willing to give up his affluent life in Madrid. Additionally, it is crucial to communicate in the changing area.

After the famous Sir Alex Ferguson left the Red Devils in 2013, the team has struggled to return to its peak performance, finishing in the top four just five times since then. It was their lowest-ever Premier League finish, and it was a worrisome eighth place last season.

Even though United won five significant championships during this span, including the Europa League in 2016, they have hardly been seen outside of the Champions League quarterfinals.

Old Trafford may not have much appeal for Zidane, who has been predicted by some to be United’s savior amid the team’s current decline to 14th in the standings and a goal drought of three games, according to former French international Emmanuel Petit.

According to Petit, “Zizou,” who has a stellar managerial history with Real Madrid, would want certain guarantees before considering a move to the Manchester team.

In all honesty, I know a little bit about Zizou [Zidane], and if he wants to join with Manchester United, he needs to have guarantees, the man continued. The current atmosphere at Manchester United hasn’t been pleasant for years.
