He reportedly eats broccoli along with other “superfoods” at practically every meal. This is only a portion of his success formula. Koshary, a meal from his own country that consists of fried rice, pasta, pulses, onions, and tomato sauce, is another food that the Liverpool legend really enjoys.
He discussed his preferred foods in further detail in 2022, even going so far as to discuss what he likes to eat when he is pampering himself. But even then, it’s evident how concerned he is about his health:
“I always eat salad and enjoy broccoli, sweet potatoes, salmon, and chicken. I like sushi when I eat at an excellent restaurant in London. Pizza is something I eat no more than once a month. Despite my fondness for hamburgers, I rarely eat them because they make me feel bloated afterward.
In addition to his nutritious diet, he takes care of his body in various ways around-the-clock. Salah has two separate gym rooms in his house, complete with amazing equipment to help him stay in shape. According to reports, he has a hyperbaric chamber in his home, which uses air pressure three times higher than usual to assist the lungs distribute more oxygen throughout the body.
In order to reduce oedema, he also has cryotherapy facilities with ice-led equipment that constrict blood vessels. The extent to which Salah goes in his training regimen is astounding. The forward must modify his regimen during Ramadan, which involves working out at two in the morning, because he is a Muslim.
