“He’s currently the best player in the League but he needs to leave Man United in other to show his capabilities just like Sancho”: Pep Gaurdiorla names ONE Man United’s player as the best player in Premier League

Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca thinks the team has a “special player” in Jadon Sancho, but the Manchester United loanee must continue to put in the effort to prove it.

At the end of the summer transfer window, Sancho left Old Trafford to sign a season-long loan with Chelsea.

The Blues are required to sign him next summer for a cost of £20–25 million as part of the agreement. After returning to United after a six-month loan at Borussia Dortmund at the end of the previous season, he transferred to Chelsea.

Sancho has made four appearances this season and contributed three assists. In Chelsea’s last four Premier League games, he has started three of them.

When the Blues play Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday afternoon, the 24-year-old should be back in action. Maresca emailed him guidance and offered his assessment of the player thus far before to that match.

“Jadon is doing well,” he stated during his press conference prior to the game. “He just needs to keep doing what he is doing, which is to work hard every day. As I have stated numerous times, we firmly believe that he is a unique player, but the only way to be certain of that is to work hard every day, never be content, and always be ambitious and want more and more.”

In the summer of 2021, Sancho moved from Borussia Dortmund to United for a reported £73 million. He made 83 appearances for the team throughout his tenure, tallying 12 goals and dishing out six assists.

A public falling out occurred between Sancho and Erik ten Hag last September. Sancho challenged the United manager’s claim that the youngster didn’t train to the required level in a social media post, which ultimately resulted in Sancho leaving the team on loan to Dortmund in January of the following year.

When Chelsea visits Old Trafford at the beginning of next month, the winger won’t be able to play. Players often cannot play for their parent club while representing their loan club as part of a loan agreement.
