After watching Harry Kane’s performance against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League, fans are all of the same mind. Kane was named the Man of the Match following his performance.
At the BayArena, Kane, who is 31 years old, led Bayern Munich to a resounding victory over Bayer Leverkusen, the champions of the Bundesliga, with a 2-0 (5-0 on aggregate) victory. Kane’s performance was outstanding, and Bayern Munich ultimately emerged victorious.
After scoring a goal in the second half of the match, Kane has now scored ten goals in the Champions League this season, which is the most goals scored by any English player in a single season.
Furthermore, the former Spurs player was the one who assisted Alphonso Davies in scoring the goal that ultimately decided the match.
And after his impressive performance, fans were all making the same point on social media after realising that he has registered 42 goal contributions in the 2024/25 campaign. This was after they realised that he had performed exceptionally well.
A statement was made that stated, “The fans of Bayern Munich need to start a campaign for Harry Kane to be awarded the Ballon d’Or and become obnoxious loud.”
