Following Anthony Ralston’s injury return, Brendan Rodgers announced another Celtics return.

At the beginning of the season, Celtic had a number of injury issues that contributed to their poor start. However, after consecutive victories, it appears that the Hoops may be beginning to gain some momentum on the pitch. Additionally exciting have been the performances of summer additions like Sebastian Tounekti.

However, it appears that some of Celtic’s injury issues are also getting better. Before the match against Red Star Belgrade, Anthony Ralston was recently photographed working out. Additionally, it appears that another guy will be joining his comrades later this week.

Auston Trusty is the player in question. The preseason has been good for the American. Rodgers’ preference for Liam Scales at centre-back at the start of the season was therefore intriguing.

However, it turns out that Trusty may have had a fitness problem all along. He was eventually sidelined as a result. However, he is about to make a comeback.

Following Anthony Ralston’s injured return, Brendan Rodgers announced another Celtic return.

Trusty will shortly resume training with the first team after Ralston. According to CelticsAreHere, Rodgers stated:

“Obviously, Tony has resumed his workouts. On Friday, Auston will join the squad and the team. Regardless, other from that.
That’s wonderful news for Celtic, actually. Trusty lost his starting position to Scales after failing to make an impression in his first season with the Hoops.

However, he had actually looked much better this preseason. Therefore, we want to evaluate if he has improved and settled down enough to be a starter for the Hoops.

Naturally, some people choose to stay out of the spotlight. In that sense, Jota is the first name that springs to mind. Although it is unlikely to occur in 2025, we would like to see the winger return to action as soon as feasible.
