Fabrizio Romano Shares Update on Casemiro Leaving Man Utd Before Summer

Manchester United midfielder Casemiro will remain at Old Trafford until the end of the season, despite speculations that he could move to Brazil, although he is anticipated to leave in the summer, according to Fabrizio Romano’s exclusive GIVEMESPORT email.

As United seeks to change course, INEOS may offload some of their high-earners in the squad and replace them with younger, up-and-coming talent. At the age of 32, Casemiro is struggling to make an effect at Old Trafford, and with a weekly salary of roughly £350,000, it would make economical sense to part ways.

With United’s injury problems at the moment, Ruben Amorim was obliged to start Casemiro against Tottenham last time out. Manuel Ugarte and Kobbie Mainoo were both unavailable, therefore Casemiro was handed a unique opportunity from the beginning.

He’s slated to leave throughout the summer.

In his private GIVEMESPORT email, Romano revealed that he does not expect Casemiro to leave United before the conclusion of the season, despite suggestions that he may return to Brazil. The former Real Madrid player is still anticipated to leave during the summer transfer window.

“According to my sources, Casemiro is expected to stay at Manchester United. Then I intended to go throughout the summer.”

Because of his limited playing time and problems at United, the Red Devils may struggle to return their investment in Casemiro. Manchester United paid a staggering £70 million to lure the Brazilian to Old Trafford, but at the age of 32, he is exhibiting indications of decline as a player.

Corinthians were reportedly interested in getting Casemiro on loan, but with Amorim obliged to play the midfielder recently due to injuries, it may make sense to keep him until the conclusion of the season. It appears that Casemiro may depart later this year, and it will be intriguing to see how much United can recuperate on the 32-year-old.
