Enzo Maresca admits ‘not everything is fine’ for Chelsea despite resounding win against West Ham

Despite the 3-0 victory over West Ham on Saturday, Enzo Maresca acknowledges that “not everything is fine” at Chelsea.

Their London adversaries were severely battered by the Blues.
Jackson and Palmer strike with their braces
Maresca maintains that his team has the potential to further enhance their performance.

The Blues secured a 3-0 victory over the Hammers on Saturday, thanks to Nicolas Jackson’s brace and Cole Palmer’s brilliant finish. Despite the fact that they have only lost one of their first five games, they have won three and drawn one. However, Maresca maintains that there is still ample opportunity for improvement.

Chelsea’s victory resulted in them moving to second place in the league rankings; however, they may regress if Arsenal defeats Manchester City on Sunday. However, Maresca is not entirely content.

Maresca stated to reporters following the match, “I believe we are on the right track.” We are progressing in the correct direction. This is a lengthy voyage. It appears that everything is in order, as we are currently in a favorable situation; however, this is not the case. We could improve our defense and our attack. The most critical factor is the manner in which the participants collaborate.

Maresca will have the opportunity to rotate during Chelsea’s midweek match against Barrow in the League Cup. The following weekend, they will play against Brighton at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League.
