According to shocking claims, Cole Palmer has been linked to a spectacular move to Chelsea’s Premier League rivals.
After moving from Manchester City for £42.5 million, Palmer had an incredible first season at Chelsea.

However, the England international has recently struggled, and this appears to be his first setback for the team.
