Arsenal will need to step up and find a way to cover for the massive vacuum left by recently injured star Martin Odegaard, who was sidelined while serving for his country, according to Bukayo Saka.
Odegaard, the talisman of Norway, will be out for a good eight weeks, which will be devastating to Arsenal since he leads the squad on the field and provides most of the team’s creativity.
Saka, who was promoted to England’s leadership group during the Euros and has occasionally assumed captaincy duties for Arsenal, is seen as the team’s future captain.
Saka underlines that Arsenal must deal with Odegaard’s absence in the next weeks and carry on with their quest for the top spot in his absence.
