Benjamin Sesko’s crazy stats against Fulham emerge and they genuinely look like a typo

The Manchester United star signed in the second half of Fulham’s 1-1 tie.

The statistics from Benjamin Sesko’s performance in Manchester United’s Premier League tie against Fulham are genuinely scary.

On Sunday afternoon, United failed to deliver on their first win of the season, drawing 1-1 with Fulham at Craven Cottage.

A goal from late Fulham substitute Emile Smith-Rowe, just seconds after coming off the bench, cancelled out an own goal by teammate Rodrigo Muniz earlier in the second half, resulting in a 1-1 tie at the break.

United had anticipated that star summer addition Sesko, who came off the bench in the 54th minute, would score late in the game, but he failed to do so once more.

And now that the game is over, United fans have reflected on the striker’s stats during his cameo appearance, and they are not impressed.

After weeks of negotiations with both United and Newcastle United, Sesko chose to transfer to Old Trafford earlier this month for a fee of £73.7 million.

The Slovenia international signed a five-year contract with the Red Devils and made his debut in the club’s season opener against Arsenal.

However, Sesko failed to impress against the Gunners, and this appears to have happened again against Fulham.

After 38 minutes on the pitch at Craven Cottage, Sesko failed to take a single shot and completed only nine passes, none of which were considered critical passes.

During the game, the 22-year-old did not dribble or win any ground duels.

In response to his performance, one United fan wrote, “Bro disappeared after coming on.”

A different participant stated: “These strikers that always come to EPL from Germany mostly don’t deliver to expectations.”

While a rival supporter joked, “Is Manchester United’s new striker or new training cone?” Hard to say.”

Although supporters are clearly unimpressed, Sesko has yet to make a start for his new team, so it may be too early to criticize him.

With United returning to action in just three days, Sesko might finally make the starting eleven for the EFL Cup clash against League Two side Grimsby Town.
