After ‘costing them the game’ against Inter Milan, Barcelona supporters demand that the team trade one player as soon as possible.
Following their thrilling Champions League matchup with Inter Milan, Barcelona supporters are incensed.
After Inter Milan eliminated Barcelona in a thrilling 7–6 semi-final match, Barcelona supporters have abandoned one player.
Football fans worldwide watched as Inter Milan hosted Barcelona at the San Siro stadium for the second leg of their Champions League matchup.
In the thrilling 4-3 victory for Inter Milan, a number of players stepped out, with Yann Sommer and Lautaro Martinez putting in what may have been their best performances of the year.
However, Barcelona supporters have resorted to social media to demand that one player be sold in the summer because they believe he stood out for all the wrong reasons.
The winner of the match in Milan would decide who advanced to the final at the end of the month after Inter Milan and Barcelona’s Champions League first leg finished in a 3-3 draw.
Davide Frattesi, an Inter substitute, scored the game-winning goal in extra time after a thrilling 90 minutes of football ended in another 3-3 draw.
Additionally, Barcelona supporters weren’t hesitant to point the finger at a certain player they believe is to blame for their team’s defeat in Tuesday’s game.
One Barcelona supporter said on X: “Sell Araujo. How often have I stated this? Sell him. Sell him. Sell him.
“This needs to be Araujo’s final match for the club,” said another.
One, however, recommended that Ronald Araujo be sent to Juventus this summer. I can’t have Ter Stegen and this man as captains.”
Another asserted: “You despise the sport because of players like Araujo. My health is suffering because of the rage that is currently brewing inside of me, guy.

Despite starting the game on the bench, Araujo entered the game in the 76th minute to take the place of fellow defender Inigo Martinez.
Regretfully, the Uruguayan’s influence on the game may have been greater than anybody else’s because he was responsible for both the goal that gave Inter a second chance after Raphinha appeared to have scored the game-winning goal and the actual winner from Frattesi.
Marcus Thuram’s ability to turn and create the play for Fratessi’s game-winning goal was made possible by Araujo, who was the defender who marked Acerbi before to the equaliser.
