Arsenal star Declan Rice shares shock retirement plan after finding new role

Arsenal player Declan Rice is considering a career as a model after retiring from sports.

The 25-year-old midfielder is not yet contemplating retirement but seems to be considering the subsequent phase of his career. Rice served as a model during London Fashion Week this week.

He was assigned to wear a lace-up suit and was also afforded the opportunity to walk the runway at the Emirates Stadium. In an interview with Sky Sports before to his modelling debut, the England star expressed, “Yes, I am eagerly anticipating it.” Clearly, that is the initial attempt. Experiencing preparedness. The fit is excellent; it complements me well. Let us await the outcome, as I am genuinely anticipating it.

Rice has shown such enjoyment of the experience that he may be inclined to go from the pitch to the catwalk more frequently. He said, “It was exceptionally good.” I thoroughly appreciated the experience. It was my inaugural experience in the outfit, and several others remarked that Ghetts and I performed admirably.

“I will heed the advice of the experts and accept it.” I am rather pleased. Resonating. It has been an extraordinary day and an excellent initial experience.

“I may pursue a career after football; however, I am uncertain. Nonetheless, I find enjoyment in these activities.” I have a passion for fashion, and being invited to participate in this opportunity is quite significant; so, I could not decline. Now that I am here, I am exceedingly pleased.

Although Rice has concentrated on his modelling endeavours this week, he will now redirect his emphasis to rejoining the Arsenal squad. The midfielder was absent from Arsenal’s North London Derby victory against Tottenham due to suspension resulting from his red card against Brighton.

Having completed his ban, he will return during a pivotal week for the Gunners. Mikel Arteta’s team starts its Champions League campaign against the Italian club Atalanta this week, before to a confrontation with erstwhile title contenders Manchester City over the weekend.

Rice is anticipated to be essential again, having been integral to Arsenal following his lucrative transfer from West Ham. He has made 54 appearances in all competitions for the Gunners and scored seven goals, but is failed to register a goal in the current campaign.

His reintegration into the team will provide a welcome respite for Gunners manager Arteta, who remains missing the injured Martin Odegaard and Mikel Merino.
