Arsenal player Declan Rice gives honest verdict on Spain player Lamine Yamal outstanding performance at Euro 2024 semi-final against France

During France’s triumph over Spain in the Euro 2024 semi-final, Adrien Rabiot was humiliated by Lamine Yamal.

Declan Rice can’t help but laugh while he watches the Spanish sensation, Lamine Yamal, play on one of the biggest football stages in the world.

Rice laughs, “I was trying to get a scholarship when I was sixteen.” “And Yamal is putting one in the upper bins right now.” His actions at the age of sixteen are very different from mine, and I could never have been ready for them.

Yamal has been a sensation at Euro 2024 and will turn 17 soon before Spain vs. England in Berlin. The teenager scored the equaliser against France in their semi-final match.

When French midfielder Adrien Rabiot said, “Lamine Yamal will have to perform significantly better against us than he has thus far if he wishes to participate in the Euro final with Spain,” Yamal humiliated Rabiot.

After Spain won 2-1, Yamal commented, “Move in silence.” Talk only when it’s suitable to proclaim a mate. Simultaneously, he yelled, “Speak now, speak now!” to the TV cameras on the pitch.

“Jude and Phil in the 10s have also been instrumental, but the back three has really been helpful.” It is therefore expected to be a really special match. It’s a football game at the end of the day.

“This is going to be an incredible finale and another night to remember.” Hopefully, now that we are back-to-back, we can pull it off. For the sake of the players, the supporters, and this manager—who deserves it—we will give it our best.

“We can’t wait to complete this and cheer up the country.”We know the game plan that will help us win this championship. We are certain that we can win this competition. There’s another one in our fingers.

Rice, an Arsenal player, highlighted how the team’s balance in midfield contributed to their victory over the Dutch.

He went on, “We have talked a lot about Switzerland and the Netherlands throughout the last two games, and we have seen that they are good at holding onto the ball. But in those games, we have kept the ball in possession to a similar or greater degree.

“We did a fantastic job transferring the ball.” Playing next to Kobbie (Mainoo) gave me a great sense of satisfaction.
