Following Kai Havertz’s physical makeover prior to the upcoming season, Arsenal supporters have started responding on social media.
The Gunners are hoping to end their Premier League drought in the upcoming season after doing poorly in every competition during the 24/25 season.
Christian Norgaard, Martin Zubimendi, and Kepa Arrizabalaga have joined Mikel Arteta’s team thus far. Rodrygo, Viktor Gyokeres, Eberechi Eze, and Cristhian Mosquera have also been linked to a move to the Emirates Stadium.
As they prepare for their next preseason tour in Asia, Arsenal players resumed training this week.
The Gunners are being tested ahead of what is being regarded as a pivotal season for manager Arteta as they are in La Manga, Spain.
After viewing a photo of Havertz, admirers have begun responding on social media.
Havertz has grown significantly stronger, according to one supporter, who compared the German’s strength to that of two years ago.
The supporter wrote: “2 years separate these two pictures and impressive to see the way Kai Havertz evolved physically.”

Havertz scored 15 goals and provided five assists in 36 games across all competitions during the 24–25 season.
Despite just scoring nine goals, the 26-year-old was the Gunners’ leading scorer in the Premier League.
Havertz has scored 29 goals in 87 games since moving from Chelsea to Arsenal in the summer of 2023 for an estimated £65 million.
