Arsenal “Don’t blame us if we fail to win trophy next season again…If you really need trophy then you must sign him”: Martin Ødegaard reveals the only position Arsenal doesn’t have a player who fits that place as he names the only players they must sign to solve the problem in that area

Arsenal are at peace after missing out on Slovenian striker Benjamin Sesko, who decided to sign a one-year contract extension with RB Leipzig, which would keep him with the team until 2029.

The news never came as a huge surprise to Arsenal because staying at Leipzig was always an option. They offered a strong offer that, if Sesko had chosen to leave, they believed he would have taken before Chelsea and Manchester United.

Even though Sesko’s future had been the subject of weeks of conjecture, Edu always knew he wasn’t in a rush to go anywhere. With eighteen goals in all competitions in the previous season, Sesko believes he will benefit from another season at Leipzig. Furthermore, he is still free to leave in the summertime in accordance with the rules of the gentleman’s agreement, even if his new contract does not have an official release clause.

Guns aim for Gyokeres and Zirkzee. Slovenian forward is thought to be replaced by stars from Sporting and Bologna. Arsenal is reportedly eyeing a variety of strikers, including Sporting’s Viktor Gyokeres, who Statman Dave on X has dubbed a “game-changer,” Bologna’s Joshua Zirkzee, and Brighton’s Evan Ferguson. The Mirror believes that Gyokeres may cost up to £68.5 million.

The latter is clearly in the Olivier Giroud vein. Arsenal should keep a watch on things in case something goes wrong, but Milan is still in the lead and is working hard to get his signature.

Arsenal is always trying to strengthen their midfield. They wish to include another person in addition to Declan Rice. Rice can play as a No. 6 or No. 8, but how Arsenal defines him—at least on paper—will determine their approach. There is still a chance for Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi.

The tricky aspect is convincing Zubimendi to leave Sociedad. Though he has a release clause of €60 million, the 25-year-old is happy on and off the pitch. Real Sociedad’s defensive midfielder Martin Zubimendi in action Arsenal still hasn’t signed Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa, another former target.

Juventus is now in talks to reach a potential deal, but they cannot fund a transfer with cash alone. Weston McKennie might be acquired in a trade for players and cash. Two such players that Arsenal values are Bruno Guimarães of Newcastle and Joao Neves of Benfica.
